It’s my birthday today!
And if you’re a regular follower of Pesky Recipes, you’ll know that I love an excuse to have a cocktail, and what better excuse is there than a birthday?
This recipe is really easy to make and tastes like summer in a glass. A twist on the classic cocktail Sex on The Beach, I use mango juice instead of cranberry juice and use a dash of Grenadine to give the lovely sunrise colouring. It’s the perfect cocktail for a summers day, so grab a sunhat and a tall glass, and help me celebrate.

Ingredients:
- Ice
- 1 part vodka
- 1 part peach schnapps
- 2 parts mango juice
- 2 parts orange juice
- Half a part of grenadine
Method:
- Put a few ice cubes in a tall glass and add the vodka, peach schnapps, mango juice and orange juice.
- Once the liquid has settled, add the grenadine in one go. It will run through the ice cubes and settle in the bottom of the glass.
